Personalized Lightbox Wall Sign

In this workshop piece, I built a personalized RGB LED lightbox sign designed as wall decor. The process started in Autodesk Fusion, where I modeled the letter forms, internal cavities, LED channel, and cable pass-throughs before touching the printer. I then printed demo letters to test the real scale, readability, diffuser behavior, and electrical routing on physical parts. After those checks, I moved to the final 3D print and reviewed the inner surfaces so the light could spread more evenly while the wiring stayed hidden. In the last stage, I mounted the RGB LED strips inside the body, soldered the electrical connections, and tested the color modes with the remote controller. The finished piece is a personalized wall decoration with remote control and color-changing RGB lighting.
